Hostess/Host – Full Time or part time

We are hiring caring individuals to greet guests in a warm and friendly manner in-person and over the phone. The primary job of our host / hostess is to greet in-person guests, show them to their table, provide menus and explain nightly features. In addition, our host / hostess will assist guests over the phone with reservations and answer basic guest questions. The host / hostess needs to have good communications skills to be able to keep communication with front of the house and back of the house staff resulting in a memorable overall guest experience. Must be 14 years old.

Dishwasher / Busser – full time or part time

Hi Point Steakhouse, is hiring, and we’d love for you to become a part of our growing team! The role of a busser contributes to a welcoming and clean dining experience for our guests by clearing tables, resetting tables, refilling guests water glasses, and helping others when necessary. The role of a dish washer helps maintain a clean kitchen area by setting up the dish station, washing and sorting soiled dishes. We are looking for an applicant who is flexible and enjoys helping where there is a need (either dishwashing or bussing). Must be 14 years old.

 Kitchen staff – Full Time or part time

We are looking for kitchen members to prepare and cook delicious dishes in accordance with the menu that will delight our guests with taste and timeliness in mind. Kitchen staff must be able to follow instructions, communicate and multi-task. Responsibilities include settings up workstations, preparing ingredients (chopping, peeling, and cutting etc.), keeping an orderly and sanitized environment, uphold proper food storage and safety standards and help perform other kitchen operations. Kitchen staff must be willing or able to sauté, grill or deep fryer during service. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Waitstaff – Full time or part time

We are looking for up-beat, personable, and efficient candidates to serve guests at our establishment. Waitstaff will be responsible for preparing tables, greet and seat guests, make recommendations, take orders, deliver food and drinks, accept payments, follow food and beverage regulations, and help to open and close the dining room. To be successful you should be able to provide guests with an outstanding experience, build relationships with several of our return guests, display professionalism in a consistently busy dining room. Bartenders – full time or part time

Do you enjoy engaging in conversations with people? We are seeking friendly, motivated, and energetic people with good communications skills to join our front of house team. The bartender will greet guests, answer questions, recommend menu items, handle payments, prepare and serve basic and upscale cocktails while focusing on guest experience and engage in conversation with new and returning guests. The Bartender will also handle basic cleaning duties to help maintain an orderly lounge/bar area before, after, and throughout the shift and help stock bar items. As a bartender you should have a neat appearance, engaging and friendly personality. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Must be 18 years or older. Gratuities taken home nightly. Event Staff – full time / part time / seasonal

Event staff are crucial to creating a memorable event experience for guests and attendees. Event staff are responsible for setting up event space, facilitating an organized and clean event space, serving food and drinks, welcoming guests, and providing a professional high level of guest service throughout on-site and off-site events. Our ideal applicant performs well in a quick paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor, strong communication skills, able to multi-task and works well independently or alongside others. This position is suitable for applicants seeking weekend shifts with some weekday shifts. We are approaching wedding season and dates are filling up quickly.
