The Menu
Whether you are looking for hors d’oeuvres or a full meal, our catering menus are sure to meet your every need. For full meals, including entrees, salads, and sides, you may select from three menu tiers – Platinum, Gold, or Silver. If you have a special menu in mind or would prefer to mix and match from our tiered menus, you may customize your own menu at an additional cost per person. View the menu options below.
The Venue
Our Grand Ballroom offers breathtaking views of the driftless terrain and some of the most memorable sunsets in the area. The Ballroom, located next to our Steakhouse, provides the perfect location for weddings, receptions, business events, and family gatherings. The Catering Process
Step 1: CONTACT US & TOUR OUR VENUE
The first step is to get in touch with our team by filling out the form or by giving us a call. If you are undecided on your venue, you may tour our Grand Ballroom and learn more about the added perks like tables, chairs, and linens for indoor use, a separate built-in bar with bartender, a dance floor, surround sound system, riser, and more!
Step 2: SECURE THE DATE
Whether hosting your catered event onsite in our Grand Ballroom or at an offsite venue, your next step will be to reserve your date and secure it with your service fee.
Step 3: SIGN YOUR CONTRACT
Once we have agreed upon the details, we will develop a contract to make sure we each deliver on our promises to each other and there are no unwanted surprises.
Step 4: SELECT YOUR MENU
Need something small and shareable? Choose from our selection of hors d’oeuvres and trays. For full meals, select from our tiered menu options or work with our team to create a custom menu to meet your needs.
Step 5: Enjoy!
On the day of your event, whether hosted in our Grand Ballroom or at an offsite venue, our team will deliver and set up your catered dishes and ensure everything is just as expected for you and your guests to enjoy.
